However Server Superstore stood behind their product and immediately sent replacement parts to remedy the problem. Server Superstore customized the server as I wanted and was extremely fair with pricing the upgrades. They even reduced the price after quoting me the upgrades. My questions (and I had many) were responded to quickly. Highly recommended!!
