Item lost in shipping with minimal response in regards to reimbursement so I had to contact eBay to step in and process my claim. I have been a buyer on eBay for 5 years and this was by far the worst transaction I have experienced on eBay.

This response needs to be more accurate. Communication was daily, as soon as I received information from UPS this information was relayed to the buyer. Negative feedback because the carrier lost the package is just spiteful. I'm sorry you did not get your reel and I'm sure you're not happy because you paid 400.00 for a 700.00 reel.
