Buyer Beware! This seller made a significant mistake in item description. When I received item and complained, insisted I return item at MY expense (it wasn’t my mistake) to get a refund - and blamed Ebay. Ebay does NOT condone sellers’ mistakes and excuses. Never again!

Buyer bought and paid for a turtleneck which she got. She states it is not a turtleneck. IT IS JUST THAT - A TURTLENECK. She wanted to return it, OK. I don't pay for them sending back for a refund. I refund the amount for the product. Every listing I have states no FREE return shipping - buyer pays this. Then she went to ebay and ebay always takes the buyers side with the buyer winning. They never help the seller. Just sayin'
