Interesting experience. The initial cup and saucer sent was the wrong one but the seller emailed me about it before I received it. The seller then sent the correct patterned teacup and saucer but the wrong size. When this was pointed out, the seller promptly refunded all my money and directed me to keep the teacups. Mistakes will happen but rarely are they so graciously managed. I would definitely recommend this seller.
