My item game well packaged, probably the best packaging I've seen so far from a vendor. When I turned it on there was a mild glitch on the screen but that was resolved by taking the unit apart and cleaning the contact areas. This is common so I knew there was no need for alarm. I replaced the outer shell and it looks and plays like it was new out of the box. Very happy with the purchase.
