Sent wrong item, is balking at refund and refuses to send the correct item, which I had counted on as a Xmas gift.

Customer received a full refund once the item was returned. Mixup with supplier & item number resulting in the blunder, shipped a different item by mistake. We assume the buyer misunderstood ebay's refund policy regarding return shipping labels. Items must be returned first in order to receive the refund. When item was eventually returned, the full refund was immediately processed. Sorry, a simple and honest mistake with a full refund doesn't warrant a negative feedback.
