Seller canceled the original auction I'd won claiming the items were "lost or damaged" only to re-list them again afterwards. Seller only shipped out the item after the 2nd auction closed with a higher sale price. Seller did not provide any tracking information, but sent a photo of a receipt for lettermail shipping valued at less than half the shipping cost charged. Seller did not refund any shipping charge overage or honor the original winning bid amount for the items which were not lost.
