The Gigabyte Technology motherboard features core boost support, which uses the Easy Tune6 utility to unlock hidden cores on an installed processor. Furthermore, this motherboard offers the DualBIOS patented hardware protection technology for automatic recovery of BIOS data in the event of a system crash. The Gigabyte Technology GA-M68MT-S2P is made specifically for use with AMD processors and NVIDIA chipsets. This AM3 socket motherboard also supports high-definition audio up to a 7.1-channel surround quality system. Furthermore, the Gigabyte Technology motherboard offers system voltage protection, which prevents the motherboard from overheating and causing system failure. This motherboard operates with Windows XP or Windows Vista operating systems. Many integrated features are included on this Gigabyte Technology motherboard to make it an ideal OEM replacement for an existing motherboard.

A+ Motherboard and CPU combo
I bought this motherboard for a dedicated server project I was working on. Simple install into the pc case. Fired it up after installing the other components of the build, and was very pleased with the performance of this older motherboard. I did have to replace the stock cooler. The stock cooler would ramp up under load, and would become very loud, but over all I'm am very pleased with this board, and it's performance.I bought this motherboard for a dedicated server project I was working on.
