This is a great headset and sounds great. Playing the games that support 3d audio are amazing! Horizon zero dawn is one of these games and it just amazing. D2 the sound was solid even without the 3d audio support, I put it on shooter setting and it sounded great. The price can be steep but I got mine for $119 so it isn’t that bad. Build quality is great, they are comfortable as well. I am not a fan boy by any means, but these are good solid buy. The 3d audio on just some games is like icing on the cake. I wouldn’t buy these head set if this is all you want to buy it for, that wouldn’t be worth it. Not many games support it yet, but the ones that do are amazing.

Pros: Overall good sound. Compatible with PS4 Pro Cons: Battery life is subpar given the $150 price tag on these. Build quality is a 3/5 (same comment as above, subpar) Ear cups not as soft/comfy or seals nearly as well as my $60 Tao Tronics. They need a dongle perpetually connected to PS (why in the world would Sony not allow it to connect like any usual/standard/logical Bluetooth electronic without annoying dongle). In short, good sound but definitely not worth the price.

Very easy to use and setup. Has very good battery life. But audio quality is not that great, there are lot of buttons on the head set, the difference between virtual audio and normal audio etc on movies are not that much different. It is fine for games, but for movies and music there are other better headsets available.

its a great product. I am unfortunately using it for my computer and I have noticed only one issue. I have to unplug and replug the usb every time I want to use them after start up. My older gen PS$ headset didn't have this issue. But the sound quality is great and they are comfortable on my head. My friends can hear me great when we are playing games online so all in all its a great buy!

Once you eq it, it's really good. What I did was push up 1 click on bass, then 1 click up on high, then 1 click down on mid. This gave a nice shelf to take out the mid tone. I felt it was too muddy out of the box. After the small eq adjustment it sounded like some professional headphones.
