Sold me fake AirPods. When I told him (with proof of comparing them to genuine ones) showed no remorse and did not say sorry once. Just told me to send it back for a refund. For proof see photos below e. g. this model (AirPods 2 with wireless charging case) was discontinued in 2021 yet the brochure inside the box said 2023, off on the speakers, played wrong connection sound etc. Clearly it’s a calculated risk he’s taking to send fakes and hope that only few people return it. Avoid at all cost.

    A well made product living up to the Russell Hobbs name. It is well packed. The really useful thing is the ability to interchange the plates. They are easily removed for cleaning. A smart item to display in the kitchen.

    Easy to remove toasting plates make this item simple to clean. Make a good quick lunch and can experiment with fillings too. Not tried the waffle maker as yet.
