The seller put a USPS Ground Advantage label provied by Ebay on a USPS Priority Rate envelope and the postal carrier wanted $4.75 from me which I didn't have so the carrier said they would return it to the seller. There was nothing wrong with my shipping address as the postal carrier knocked on my door with that order in hand and explained it to me.

The new employee at the Post Office processed the item incorrectly. When the seller was notified by the buyer - he responded immediately to the problem. The problem was resolved within 1 Hours time. The buyer was given the proper attenton AND received a RERFUND OF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF THE COST OF THE ITEM. The buyer was not financially affected by this transaction AT ALL and the posted feedback is incorrect.
