I regret to inform you that the hammock I received does not match the description of "new with open box and without tags." While I appreciate the offered discount, the hammock shows clear signs of use, stains, and tears, which is unacceptable for an item supposedly new.
As a customer, I expected to receive a product in optimal conditions, as stated in the listing. Manufacturing marks would be understandable if they existed, but the evident stains and tears suggest significant prior use.
