    Quality Build

    I also have the Sunbeam that looks just like this but is no longer available. This has 1 dial instead of 2, but I like it just the same. I never used the 2 dials anyway. Compact, high heat output and a great price

    Item damaged

    Received item today (2/5/16). Upon opening the box I observed that the heating element was loose and was against the front grill. I opened the heater and didn't think that my trying to fix the item was best. I put the item back in the box and will await your instructions. I think the unit will be fine but don't want one that needs repairs before first use.
