Product arrived earlier than predicted and was well packaged and contained all labeled parts. No written directions, although pictures were fairly easy to follow. Of the 4 wheels that were to be screwed in, only 3 of the 4 would set. After trying other wheels in that particular (D) leg, it became clear that the screw holder was faulty. I contacted the seller, sent pictures, and the seller was quick to respond. I was offered a partial refund or a replacement part. Great customer service!

Came in 2 days after I ordered and it's just like the description. Sticks as soon as I get to the bottom of the box I see one is unraveled :( I'll have to try to hot glue it back I guess. Overall great seller communication and fast shipping.

This item was sent back to sender they said because of damage. They kept good communication in between I asked to resend the item, it took a little longer but I got it it was a perfect fit for my 2023 ford explorer. price was great as well as packaging I will do business with them again A+
