Contacted seller that the items that were listed as new was sent with a missing piece from one of the packages and taped up. The response from the seller spend $10 to send it all back to get back the $12 it cost me for the items and not get the $12 that it cost me for shipping . A good business would have either sent the piece that was missing or dropped a dollar or two back . I did not open a case against the sell with eBay a good chance eBay would have reimbursed the full price.

Before purchase I asked to combine items to save on shipping of two auction items (were listed $9.00 for shipping for Ea) my point is combining shipping) .... the real cost was $7.00 total ......paid $18.00. Seller uses shipping fee to increase profit on auction sells and thus is getting around the % per auction to pay back to Ebay for listing. Others be the judge on this seller before bidding on listings. I have no problem with the items but beware!
