When I received my order I was surprised to learn that it had come from Hawaii. I was also happy to find that 2 bonus strips had been included. So all told, the eraser strips were a good value on a unit cost basis relative to the listed cost by other sellers of same. I would have given a 5 star rating for the item but I was only able to erase pencil with them & not also ink. In passed I used the made in US no 74 strips which could also erase ink. This was a primary consideration for the purchase

The cream arrived fast! However, the cap was broken and the cream is not new as described. It has an off smell, like rancid. Seller for not accept returns so I’m stuck with it.☹️ I may have to throw it away. I feel I wasted my money on this purchase! Will not purchase from this seller again sine the item is not as the seller described it. The cream is yellowish.

Mishaps may happen during shipping that are out of my hands & I packaged everything well. The heavily discounted item I sent you is a 10.1oz & were sold still wrapped in plastic until I ship. The picture you sent is blurry & the ounces aren't clearly visible. You'll receive a full refund please send the item back as you claim to not have used it.
