With all the children's psychology books floating around, here is one man you can trust to steer you right. As an easy going mom, (basically a push-over) this book was the single most helpful book I ever read while raising up 3 children of all dispositions and character! (One complacent easy going child, and 2 stubborn strong-willed RED heads!) I loaned out my oroginal copy to freinds and never got it back, so now I bought this copy for MY own kids who are now raising STRONG willed kids of their own! Dr James Dobson is # 1 in my book but not just because he is a Christian family man, but because his methods and teachings actually WORK! The best thing you can do for your chiild
I always knew that children needed discipline in order to be happy. When they know what's right and what's wrong, and they do what's right, they are happy and free. This new dare to discipline Book is awesome. I gave one to my daughter, I gave one to my other daughter who is counseling a friend who has a problem child, and I gave one to a girl I know with a baby with my highest recommendations. This is the best thing you can do for your child.I always knew that children needed discipline in order to be happy.
