Only issue was the portafilter fork was bent due to poor packaging. I can live with that but a little extra padding for expensive items wont hurt.

I’ve used this company to buy other products like my Mozzafiato. I’ve used them for parts which they were great and another issues were always resolved fast and smooth. I give them
Positive review although my Firanzato was not packed well. Ok it was shipped in its box no double boxing ok. But inside was just some brown paper stuffing nothing to stop it from rattling nothing. The tape on the top was shabby I picked it up rattling in there. Yes fragile stickers on it but that’s a moot point.

unfortunately although I gave them a positive first I have to reverse it to negative. I dealt with Matt the owner of Cliff n Pebble he was the guy I dealt with thinking it was an untrained customer service Agent. you know this is first time I ran into this but again he says to return without anything about will I get a new one or do they fix it? its simple man simple. they are phasing out Firanzato so thats why the sub par shipping tapping? Upon reviewing the photographs you submitted and informing you we will forward them to our service team, it became evident that reaching a mutually agreeable resolution regarding your grinder would not be feasible. Consequently, we recommended returning the grinder. Please understand that replacing it with a new unit is not viable, as it differs from your original purchase.
