Excellent binoculars from Vortex. I purchased these as my Leupold 6x30 were having issues with the eye cups, one of them won't adjust. I have had these 6X binoculars for over ten years and find the wider field of view and less magnification a real benefit while hunting and just general wildlife observing. So, as Votrex doesn't sell a 6X I purchased the 8X32 compacts. They are excellent, compact, and built very well. I do have a problem holding them steady which is more noticeable due to the 8X vs 6X, but a really nice feature is the ability to mount them on a tripod. Overall I am very happy with them.

Compared it to several much more expensive brand 8x32 binos and chose this one over all them including a pair made in Europe that cost over $600.00.

This little guy is simply amazing. Small and very easy to carry around but very sturdy, the vision is so clear and sharp makes you want to keep looking and looking... I like how much light comes in the the 32mm even at sunset. The size 8 gives you a nice wide round firm circle that feels wider than a 10. Honestly It feels like it should cost twice as much. Big value for the money.

I purchased a pair of Vortex Diamondback binoculars after using Bushnell for years. Vortex made a believer out of me. The optics are fantastic and crystal clear. So good in fact, I just purchased a Vortex Viper scope for my rifle. Great quality.

Nicely made, good case (unlike many more expensive makes), good optics, great warranty. My only criticism is that I am sure the advertised field of view is much narrower than advertised. I have other binoculars with the field of view advertised for these and there is no way it is even close to being as broad.
