Seller shipped the day after purchase which I appreciate. Bag arrived a bit late due to postal service issues, not sellers fault. But when it did arrive it was in pristine condition with tags, both straps and dust bag. Seller kept in contact with me to apologize about the late delivery although it wasn’t their fault. Very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend this seller

I wish I could warn future buyers from dealing with such a dishonest and ill-mannered seller. I purchased an item that was listed as new & I received a used bag with defects. I contacted the seller to resolve the issue but seller refuses returns & refuses to provide a partial refund for the misleading description. She uses foul language when confronted & it is only when you communicate with this seller that you see her true colors. A seller with classy bags but no etiquette.
