still trying to figure how to scan Its the frist printer I buy over all Fax work but it dosent gev me a feed back If the Fax was sent successfully The copy works relly good cuality pictures Just wish I can figure out how to connect the printer to my computer since This printer dose not habe BlueThooth.....No instructing came in the box with how to connect or if...... The little printer that could. Low on price, big on features
Ah, the mx-330. It's an in expensive all in one, I had a little trouble finding a printer that could also fax, at a low price. It seemed that one feature was missing from all the cheap models. This printer is sleek, when it's in use, all the trays are open but when your done, all the trays close up to become a sleek little electronic box. It's a fast printer, with many options and can run with the big boys. It does photos very well, and can fax like the wind. But it does have it's faults, or downside if you will, if you want or need a printer on your network, this one isn't for you. It doesn't have any wireless capabilities without a Bluetooth adapter, which will raise the price about 50 bucks. There isn't any wifi, and you can't even plug in an Ethernet cable. What a horror
I had no intention & was NOT in my plans I had to buy a scanner today. My old one just broke & could NOT fix it. I was not looking for anything fancy. So far the only thing I can say positive about this is it was easy to install through the CD Rom. The Getting Started book is not that good. As for getting it to work & options. It is a horror. My word. NO instruction book, just use the Basic Guide on your desk top. This Basic Guide does NOT explain everything & answer all questions. Easy questions or instructions are NOT there. Settings you see once & then they disappear. DOES NOT come with a USB cable that you need. A Huge minus. Electrical plug/cord you have to attach & are loose once you do. Not safe. Pain in the neck, too hard to get to. Nothing is simple or easy. Very disappointed with this machine. Need an instruction book & booklet to show how things work.

I bought this printer to replace a lexmark all in one that was worn out. I bought it primarily for the copy and fax function. I am pleasantly surprised at how well it performs. I have copied with it, scanned, faxed, printed pictures and documents. It does well at each of these functions. Not fantastic but well. As with all ink jet printers, the printer itself is relatively inexpensive, the ink is not...........I bought this printer to replace a lexmark all in one that was worn out. Sad to see it go
I had this printer for almost 10 years and it is a workhorse! Scanner is great the adf never broke down once and I used the h*ll out of it. Recently though I used some heavy stock paper to print some posters and the paper jam error came on and never went away until I detached and reattached cables to the mother board. Then there was a different error message after another until one of the cable ribbons snapped (my fault) but I think the mother board was the problem, it just wouldnt forget the errors. I would highly recommend this one anyway, just stick to normal paper!I had this printer for almost 10 years and it is a workhorse!
