Initially the seller dispatched my item immediately after buying product. Tracking was provided. The courier had an issue (delay) whilst my package was picked up. Delivery was to be on the 18 march, by the 20 march, no parcel, no corespondence from courier. I informed the seller of the situation. He immediately got back to me and the raised an enquiry as to where the parcel was. Seller kept me regulary informed. I did recieve my parcel and am happy to recommend this seller.
