This is actually funny. Take a look at the pictures. The buyer didn't want to return the item but wanted money back. The picture shows how the buyer shoved a button under the case and wanted me to pay for him to fix. I had a remote beside me and did the same and sent him a picture to show him it was a case of him trying to get something for nothing. He was persistent and wanted money... I'm sorry... most buyer are great but I am not a pushover for freebies or abuse of the system.

i originally bought this item for hyperpigmentation issues. im early 30 with fair skin. i didnt see a big difference improving the hyperpigmentation, but i did see an improvement in the lines on my forehead, near my eyes, and on my neck. I've used lots of products from drug store to high end and this is the best I've come across for my lines. I suggest buying the sample size to begin with to see how it will react to your skin. everyone is different. a little goes a long way. The smell is different, hard to describe, but goes away shortly. i apply in the morning and night. By the time i sit down to do my makeup, the smell is gone. Bad smell
The serum has a very strange smell. I’m not using it so it was a waste of money. The free gifts are nice but not the colors I use. I’ll think twice about buying a product on eBay again.
