    Great wifi fan remote.

    Product works great, I just got a new fan and this is a great solution to controlling it. Hopefully one day I can hook up the other remote I have to my upstairs fan but the ceiling is very high so I'm nervous. I'd get more of a value from this product if I had multiple fans to set it up with. I was able to set this up with Alexa and Google Home, everything works as advertised. I actually had an issue with setup but I went to the manufacturer's website and got an online chat rep instantly. Turns out I needed to sync it using a different button, was tricky because my remote didn't have the most of the exact buttons it was asking me to use for sync. Once setup though I am able to control every function of my fan and light.

    Bond Device (Automate Remote Commands)

    I only gave this 3 stars out of 5 because there are some small issues that they should have fixed a long time ago and are still an issue. I hooked this up to a ceiling fan in my kitchen. I have a second fan being delivered today that I will also hook up to it. My fan is a 6 speed fan with an LED light attached. It is completely controlled by a remote, no hanging strings. The remote has a lot of buttons including on and off for the fan and light, dimming buttons for the light, two buttons for changing the direction of the fan blades, timer functions, and buttons to increase or decrease the speed of the fan by one step each. This last part bothered me because I wondered how Bond would change it to the speed I wanted to without problems. So I followed the directions and started to set up ...

  • Extremely intelligent and valuable product. ABOUT TIME someone thought of this!

    I am in the process of turning all our homes into smart homes. Light switches, plugs, thermostats, etc. The only missing link was converting ceiling fans, fireplaces, remote controlled curtains and other remote controlled devices. I have ordered 4 BONDs so far. They are extremely easy to install, program, and operate. I have 2 items that I would put on a wish list, if I were to improve this product. 1) Allow the ability to name different BOND units when you have multiple units.Or allow for a drop down menu where you can have different homes and BONDs in each home. 2) Allow for more than 6 devices to be attached to each BOND. I have 6-7 fans, 3-4 fireplaces and other devices per home. So to fully automate, I need to purchase more than one BOND per home.

  • Works great so far. Worth it if you can get a good deal like I did;

    So far I'm very pleased with this unit for my current Hunter fan, although it remains to be seen if it will work with the newer DC fans I plan to put in my new house. Range is good although I need to try relocating further away to determine just how far I can go. The biggest down side for me was the full retail price, which is a bit excessive, but if you can get it on sale it's worthwhile.

  • Operates 3 fans on two stories with ease

    Works as advertised. I am able to control 3 of my remote fans and light with the app and with Alexa. My only want is a "set speed to medium" command in the Alexa skill. High and low works, but not medium for a 3 speed fan. I have to say "set to 66%" which is a little awkward and non intuitive. The blue LED on the top is a little annoying but the size is perfect to have the echo dot sit on top to hide it.
