the item is great. has been shipped immediately and arrived ahead of time, which is a definite plus. but the package was damaged on its way together with its contents, which is not the seller's fault of course. The book arrived incredibly fast and was brand new as described. The seller over performed with the shipment and delivery.
On a side note: I purchased this book to supplement my Ball Blue Book on canning and my Bernadin's Home Canning. While I appreciate all the safety information, as no one wants to kill their family members, some of the other information in the book does not match up with practical experience.
