This game is one of the rare, few games that I will that I love through and through. I love the story (What little there is) I love the action and I even love the little bits of character interaction that there is between the few protagonists. I bought this game cause it was something to remind me why i still loved playing video games. Cause in the large wave of bad games and movie title based games, there would always be that one oyster holding that jewel of a game. If I ever lost this game again, I don't know what I would do. The last time i played it was way back when I was maybe 10 years old and my folks rented it for me to shut me up for the weekend. And it worked. The puzzles in this game were challenging, borderline frustrating sure, but frustrating in that "I Have To Beat It" sense. I hardly put down the controller the entire weekend that I had it. And yet, i still remember all the parts of the game rather vividly. The Tower of Light, The Techno-Dungeon, the Ice Dungeon that is in the desert, it's all there in my head. As though it was tucked away for use later on in my life, I can proudly say that I have no qualms with this throw back to my childhood.Read full review
Brain Lord is definitely a role playing game to look into, with good graphics and exciting gameplay and the super nintendo is the best when it comes to RPGs. This one is definitely worth the money.

For an Enix game featuring a "dragon warrior" it's not as good as the traditional RPG titles known as Dragon Warrior or Dragon Quest, but as an action/rpg, it's not half bad. Combat is simplistic, but some of the puzzles are challenging. The plot & characters are pretty thin, but overall it's a fun game to play.
Such an underrated RPG! If you're a fan of ENIX games, must buy!

Plays well. Bit repetitive, but lot going on. Storyline is basic. Good replay value, when done.

Lots of people tell me that they don't like brain-lord, but I don't see what is not to like. With lots of fighting game play which resembles "Zelda: a Link to the past" and many difficult block moving puzzles, this game is still fun decades after it was released.
Good oldtime
