Customer reached out due to the garbage disposal not including a power cable. We explained the model they purchased does not come with a power cord. We have close up pictures of the box in our listing that show "what's need for installation" which shows and details that a power cord is necessary for installation and is not included. The customer demanded we issue them a $15 refund for the hassle. We explained we cannot issue $15 for an additional product that is not included.
