The pre-owned item was received quickly and in perfect condition, except it was missing its power cable. I contacted the seller to explain the situation and they quickly took immediate action to rectify the problem. Within a couple of hours, they had searched for the power cable and did not find it, but located the correct power cable for sale on ebay, purchased it and shipped it to me. I received the power cable a week later and everything is working properly - problem solved!
