    Good quality.

    I like this knife a lot. The clip is tight, the knife is sharp with a good blade design and this grade of steel is relatively hard, holding the edge. The handles are encased in an elastomer over coat which gives a non-slip grip. One complaint, which is why it got 4* instead of 5*. The spring assist isn't particularly strong and doesn't pop the blade into locked position without flicking your wrist. Most of my other knives once the blade is started, just pops into lock position. I would still buy it again for the overall quality. I'll see how it holds up over the next couple years.

    Good enough for the price.

    Smith & Wesson always makes a good knife. This is just one of their cheaper models. It doesn't have the quality of their more expensive models to which I'm accustomed.
