Sometimes unknown mistakes happen when people are trusted that should not be trusted. I am a firm believer this seller was the victim of a scam and immediately made a refund to me as soon as she found out the item was not as advertised. We need more sellers like this instead of the others that swear their item was sealed in and brand new yet opened box. with two different serial numbers and the tie downs for the the item are missing or cut. Honesty goes along way with me. Thank you.
