The item purchased was described as "fully functional". Item was completely non functional when tested. To be clear the item was not tested until after the return window was up but it is a shame that the item was misrepresented. Direct communication has been ignored in regards to the situation. Can not recommend this seller for these reasons. Either they knowingly misrepresented a product or never tested it themselves, either way this experience has been unfortunate. Shipping also seemed high.
