Terrible Packaging
Upon receiving the the book, I noticed that the flaps on the packaging were not secured. My book could’ve fallen out of the package during any point of the trip to my house!! Next time, put some tape on the packaging so there isn’t a risk of losing a product that I purchased!! Ontop of that, some of my book’s pages are bent and I haven’t even turned a page. All I’ve done is pick up the book and inspect it. I’m honestly not surprised that I have bent pages on my BRAND NEW book after seeing the packaging. I am extremely disappointed in the handling of my product and I WILL NOT be purchasing from this store again.
