The worst experience I've had on eBay. The device was not 'new' as advertised, it was an ex-display item. It arrived with a visible defect in the screen and stopped working within days. I returned the item to the seller under the '12 month warranty' that was advertised as being included to find that the seller would not honour the warranty. The seller now has the device and the £270 that I paid for it. I have been trying to resolve the issues for the past 3 weeks and the seller is unresponsive.
