Item was advertised as new. When I received, the item and opened it, it obviously had been used. Sent photo to seller, who said it was part of a gift set and was definitely new. I asked if she checked the item before posting. Reply was I didn’t need to check it as it was new in a gift set. Bland reply, not good enough. However, can’t be bothered to return for a refund, to much hassle, as you can sometimes be caught out with the postage return cost.
