Nice, high quality versitile alternative to Shimano
Nice alternative to Shimano. This derailleur uses SRAM's standard Exact Actuation (1:1), unlike Shimano which is up to at least 5 or 6 different standards. It has a long cage and will work with large rear cogs (11-51t in my case) and you can use it with a SRAM/Shimano MTB 11-speed cassette on a 10-speed hub. Additionally, SRAM (or compatible like SENSAH STI) 1:1 road bike shift/brake work with this derailleur. This combo make very precise shifts. Perfect for cyclocross/gravel bikes with drop bars. It has a full time roller bearing clutch that keeps the chain tight, so even though it doesn't have a on/off selectable clutch, it has a tiny button to lock the cage back, making rear wheel removal much easier. This derailleur solved so many problems for me.Nice alternative to Shimano. Great price point for this 42t capable 1x rear derailleur. Not as light as the higher end Rival 1 and Force 1 units but shifts accurately and is cross compatible with shifters and cassettes from the Rival and Force lines.
