My 27" batwing arrived completely damaged! The wings were scratched up, the cockpit was completely smashed in and stuck. The other box was damaged real bad, as well as the shipping box. I contacted the seller the same day, I open up a return case. Seller got angry about that. Refused to send me a QR Code or mail me a return label. I am disable, NOT mobile at all. Plus all my concerns fell on deaf ears. He didn't bother to even try to accommodate me in the slightest!! Poor business ethics!

The damage happen during shipping out of my control. I did apologize numerous times. She wanted me to send a QR code for the return request. And there not a way for me to do it that way. I did offer her a partial refund so she didn’t have to go to FedEx. I never got angry with her. I uploaded a return label once the request was open. But she did end up returning the package. But hard to believe someone not mobile sells stuff
