The bag is more destressed than mentioned and pictured . Got charged duties on the parcel as well, the same price it cost to ship the item. Didn’t really wrap the item up, was just tossed in a box with a plastic bag over it folded in half.

I definitely mentioned the bag has several distressed areas and explained that in the description. I also had a total of 18 photos, most of them very close up and clearly taken to show the issues the bag had. Lastly, considering this is a non breakable item, it was protected. I placed it inside a bag and then into a sturdy box to make sure it was safe to travel.

Unfortunately the item was not in as good condition as it looked, but I sent a couple pictures and requested a refund and Mason was quite prompt, apologized, and immediately issued my refund. I will definitely be purchasing from this seller in the future knowing if I have issues they will be handled appropriately.

Thank you. As described. The shipping package arrived opened. Apparently the shoes came out of their original plastic envelope and were placed in a USPS priority envelope and sent on their way. The postman could not get away fast enough. The shoes don't seem worse for ware. I am surprised that both shoes made it though. GOD is good.
