    The best quilt book

    I bought this book back in the 80's then loaned it and never got it back. It's my favorite quilt book. This one got damaged a little in the mail but it's ok. I was so excited to find and get this book again!!!

    American patchwork& quilting.

    First i liked the good rate between the thickness of this book and the price. in french books about this topic,i do not know equivalent . Too,i appreciated that ,in the book ,it was not only a collection of nice photos but too there's patterns to copy what we want. I decided to buy it cause the saler appeared "digne de confiance" trustful. Best regards .Richard Emberger

    book review

    The book was full of quilts and instructions for making the quilts. I bought it becasue I absolutely loved the quilt on the cover. The book has wonderful color pictures and material lists. Some of the instructions were a little difficult to follow. They would tell you the size of the final block, but not how big to cut the sections to make it to the final size. As a new quilter, I like to have the exact measurements to cut the material to make the final block. Other than that, I really enjoyed the book.

    Have coveted this book for a long time! Great!

    This book was in the waiting room at one of my doctor's. Every time I would look it over and wish I had it! It's not a new book, but it is a classic collection of American quilts and projects, patterns and directions. Photography is great, these are not the newest, fashion designs, but they tell the story of where the patterns come from and give lots of ideas to try.
