I remember enjoying the Banjo games and DK 64 and though this game follows them spiritually, it falls flat in controls and chore like mini games. Majority of puzzles involve extremely stingy time limits making it a frustrating chore rather than a fun experience. Get enough pressure in real life, just don't need the pressure of perfection demanding time limits in a game at home. Poorly placed obstacles in some of the time trials (especially a later on involving a slide in the hub level) leave you dying countless times trying to reach the goal. And the Kartos (mining cart rides) are where the poor control really rears its ugly head with sloggy controls and poor shooting ability with serious delays between shots making near impossible to avoid hazards causing you to lose your gems before reaching the finish line. Didn't have this much trouble collecting bananas in DK 64's cart rides. The graphics are great, but this is about the only high point of the game.Read full review

Is like Banjo Kazooie all over again. I love it so much! For those who doesn’t like the old classic camera there’s an option to change that and the gameplay will be better with those changes.
