Finally received! Seller neglected to mention rotating brush barely turns and it came with missing parts. Only mentioned open box.

First they stated item said delivered but it wasn’t at their house, I confirmed with them it was the correct address and requested they contact USPS. Not even an hour later they have the item but now they say it’s missing parts and not working. Item was tested with no missing parts before listing. I’m not sure why they say finally received…they paid on the 4th, I shipped on the 5th and they received on the 9th. I tried to make things right but they stopped responding & left negative feedback.
