The worst experience I've had on eBay. The device was not 'new' as advertised, it was an ex-display item. It arrived with a visible defect in the screen and stopped working within days. I returned the item to the seller under the '12 month warranty' that was advertised as being included to find that the seller would not honour the warranty. The seller now has the device and the Ā£270 that I paid for it. I have been trying to resolve the issues for the past 3 weeks and the seller is unresponsive.

Phone was send new but screen was damaged by the buyer. Told us there is defect but when we received screen was blanked and damaged.

Ordered a new s20+ phone. But was faulty, battery didn't last long. Contacted the seller who was happy to take it back and replace it with a different one. Sent the first phone back and Waited 10 days before contacting the seller again, as the second phone still had not arrived. But the following day the phone did arrive, seller responded to every massage I sent and was second phone works perfectly and indeed appears to be a brand new phone. Very good seller, i would buy from them again.
