Two days before purchasing wheel, I emailed seller asking about condition/grade of wheel. Seller’s response mentioned “listing photos, he had not expected wheels. Later sent an offer, which I accepted. Wheel arrived in bad condition. Notified seller, sent pictures of wheel and asked for refund. Seller said, go to message, select Change My Mind, ( As if there was nothing wrong with wheel). Return shipping would cost me more than half what I paid for wheel.
