    Prevention Fitness System - Dance Yourself Thin

    This is a high energy workout program with lots to enjoy. If you like to sweat, then this is the workout for you. Very high energy. This video has a lot of different types of dance moves & a variety of routines you can choose from. You can do all of them or just a couple. Depending on your skill you can follow along almost immediately & get your sweat on! If you are not that familiar with various types of dance, then it will be a little more difficult at first, but not impossible. With a little practice, you'll be up and moving just like the pros. What I didn't like about this workout video: It doesn't teach the moves in a way that a dance instructor would teach so it makes it a little more difficult to catch on & keep up. It would have been nice to see the instructor break down ...

    What a fun dvd!

    I LOVE this dvd!!! I like the fact that it's broken down into two 15-minute dance routines that are completely different, but both are fun and guaranteed to get you sweating. The instructor is great and goes through each step about three times to make sure you get it. The footwork is pretty simple, and she also cues you ahead of time. I also like the subtitles at the bottom of the screen, so you know what step you're doing. I would tell anyone to buy this dvd. You'll have fun and be happy that you did: )

    Dance Yourself Thin DVD

    I had researched several DVD's for fitness and Dance Yourself Thin had excellant ratings with Prevention Magazine. I also have a temporary disability and have a difficult time excersing. This DVD let's you work at your on pace in the privacy of your home. It's perfect for anyone beginning a exercise routine. My oponion dancing really isn't exercise it's fun. This is an excellant DVD.

    Excellent and fun DVD

    This is a well done dvd. GREAT fun and easy to understand. It has short easy to do segments. The different routines are great excersise and entertaining. The Spanish audio was great for me since I live in a Spanish speaking country. I would definately reccommend this

    Good, fun exercise video

    I have 2 other Prevention dance exercise videos. I use them to get me back into dancing and for a fun workout. I like variety in my workouts so I got this one too.
