I got this item confused with a different item from a different seller. The cup sent by nitascot is perfect--looks like new -- they offered to reimburse when I contacted them that it was broken. For some reason I thought the 1st one (which had the handle broken off) I got was from them--- it was not. When the BEAUTIFUL cup arrived today I realized that I had gotten the 2 sellers mixed up. Through all of this nitascot was patient and helpful- GREAT SERVICE- WONDERFUL PEOPLE-fast service too
