    Professional HD

    I've been running it for a few hours now, through Firewire 400 on my MacBook and it works fantastically. I use it for home recording. Pro Tools (DigiDesign recording software) recommends recording audio to a separate drive than your system drive. I have seen this hard drive in many studios, I figured I'd give it a try in my humble writing area/studio. So far so good! Running smoothly, and it doesn't hurt that it looks AWESOME.

    I love LaCie!

    This is an awesome hard drive. I have 3 of them and they never crashed on me. I use one as a main hard drive for my one laptop with a busted internal hard drive that I can't replace. This thing never fails!

    Nice Harddrive

    Very easy setup. Seems to work well with MAC G4. I'm glad I bought this drive -it's faster with the firewire instead of using my old backup drive.
