    this book has some very good pictures, shows the correct form and such. I bought this book for my daughter who was needing this for her occupational therapy..her therapist thought this would help build up her core and give her more stability.....still doing the exercises , she seems to enjoy them.

    I have taught pilates for several years. This book is a good reference volume for new as well as experienced students. The photographs are somewhat useful although she is looking at the camera and cheesing a little too much for good form! Overall, a good solid purcahse.
