First, the negatives: 1) The item shipped about a week after I ordered it and did not arrive until the last day of the eBay shipping window. 2) The home button (upper left corner of the keyboard, picture shown) was stuck, requiring me to gently pry it out, clean it, and reattach it. The positives: 1) Seller was very apologetic for the delay. 2) The product (after my repair) was exactly as described.
