Item was exactly as the seller described. It was packed well, but didn't arrive on time. The package was delayed due to no fault of the seller. Usps said there was a delay due to weather issue. The seller assured me and did her best to communicate and update tracking. She was kind and helpful in everything. I am very happy with my purchase and wish the seller the best and would definitely buy from her again.

    SIM card Size

So for some strange reason the sim card was a different size. It was a easy fix, had to go to ATT and paid the $5 for the new size and they were helpful in transferring the contact info. Other than that it is a new cell phone and the only type that will last in my work condition.

    Sorry

Probably a good phone. Seems solid etc. and worked really nice for 3 or 4 days. After that it either wouldn't charge or the battery is no good. Regardless, with the supplied (and then with another at&t charger) charger, an all night charge wouldn't give 5 minutes of talk time. Dead! I just don't have time to mess with it. Send me another, I'll send it back to you, and update my review with explanation.

  • Good reliable phone. Sometimes difficult to use, but good overall.

Got this Samsung Rugby II to replace my 1-year-old Nokia 6350. The Nokia was a pretty good phone, but the battery fell out of the phone each time the phone got dropped on the floor. The best part about the Rugby is that the battery cover is very secure. I've owned the Samsung Convoy (Verizon) before, so I thought this phone would be similar. It is in some ways. The up side is that the Rugby II is very durable, and it functions reliably. It lets me access my address book while I'm talking on the phone, and it let's me look at my calendar while I'm on the phone as well. However, the calendar isn't very easy to use -- you have to manually tell it you want the event to set an alarm. Plus you have to put an event stop time, which is annoying when you're in a hurry. Texting is tedious because ...

  • This is Definitely a phone that can "Take a Licking and Keep on Ticking" !!

My old MotoRAZR cell phone would no longer re-charge, after many years of admirable service. I had changed the battery several times before, but this time the problem was the phone. I tried several different new batteries and chargers, but still got "Unable to Charge" errors. The Samsung Rugby II was a suitable replacement due to its sturdy construction, and hopefully will serve me as long, or longer than my old MotoRAZR. The changeover was a "Snap". I just put my old Cingular SIM into the Samsung Rugby II, and I was immediately back in business, just where I had left off. The Samsung Rugby II arrived in "Undistinguishable from New" condition, with not a scratch nor any wear mark anywhere on it. "No Worries Mate" if you drop it on hunting for the battery or compartment door, as the ...

  • tough flip phone

I chose this as a replacement for my Nokia 6350 because that phone could not hold onto its battery cover and I was having some problems with the ringer & vibration functions. Also the multimedia buttons on the face of the phone were pretty annoying. What appealed to me about the Rugby is that it's tough. It looks like it will hold up very well. I use talk, text, pictures, and some organization features and if that's all you need, this thing does it great. My only complaints so far are that it's a bit bulkier and heavier than I thought. You'll never forget this thing's in your pocket. It's only a minor thing but I don't like that you need to remove the battery to access your micro-sd storage card. Also, you might have to look around a little bit to find a USB cable that fits this port. Since ...
