      The earrings received weren't the same as those advertised so I contacted the seller, but they were unable to find the ones in the photo. However, it ended on a positive note as they offered me the option of a £5 refund (+ the earrings sent) or I could have sent the ones I received back, with a prepayment label & full refund which I thought was fair. I accepted their offer of the earrings sent & the £5 refund. They were very apologetic.
