These also are in the best quality ever! Defectively WORTH IT!! :) I dropped one of mine getting it in the house and it still works so they do a great job with the packaging! They are definitely tough!!

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
